Sound Agriculture develops small molecule chemistry to help growers reduce reliance on water and fertilizer while increasing productivity. Modern crop yields fall short of their potential, often because of environmental factors: water limitation, nutrient availability, heat, cold, and the limits of plant physiology. Sound Agriculture's molecular discovery platform uses synthetic biology, high throughput screening, and big data analytics to identify and optimize inputs that address these barriers. We are developing products to close the yield gap and spark transformative changes in farm productivity.
